Is there such a thing as the best juicer?
Technically, Yes.
However, it's not so much what the best juicer is, but what the best juicer is for you.
The best juicer is a juicer you will consistently use.
After all, you could have the best juicer on the market, but if you do not use the juicer because it does not fit your lifestyle, then you may end up not using it. You then may not juice at all or revert to buying premade or juice bar juice, which is never as good nutritionally or economically as juicing yourself. Therefore, it makes the best sense to buy a juicer you believe you will use long term.

Here are some questions to ask yourself to determine what the best juicer is for you.
When you think of a best juicer, do you think of a juicer that is easy to use, easy to clean and gives you the best quality juice? A juicer that will stand the test of time and use?
What do you want to juice?
Do you need a multi-purpose juicer that does more than juice?
Do you want to juice wheatgrass?
Is juice quality or juicing time most important? Both?
It's hard to get everything you want in one juicer. The juicers that take the shortest amount of time to use and clean, do not produce the highest quality juice. The juicers that do produce premium juice, wlll generally take more time to use and clean.
A few word about the different styles of juciers:
If you are someone who has limited time to juice or who needs to juice for many members of your household in a short amount of time, then a centrifugal juicer like a Juice Fountain Elite would probably be the best juicer for you. This style juicer is the easiest to use and clean for most people. It’s also the fastest to use. Juice quality is generally good. Similar to what you would get from a fresh juice bar.
If you are a super health enthusiast or someone who is in the process of healing a health condition, then a juicer that produces premium juice will be most important to you. This is a juicer that retains the most vitamins, minerals and enzymes in the juicing process. Triturating, or twin gear juicers like a Green Star Juicer, are known to produce the best quality juice. Twin gear juicers require more time to use and clean than a centrifugal juicer. However, for those that have time to juice, consuming the premium quality juice is worth the time allocated. It can make all the difference for those people that are using juicing for healing over just daily juicing for nutrition.
In the middle of the juicer options are the masticating or single augar juicers like an Omega 8006 or Hurom Slow juicer. These juicers have a slower juicing process than centrifugal machines, produce better quality juice than centrifugal machines and are usually easier to clean than the twin gear juicers.
With all that said, do we have a favorite juicer? Yes, below are our favorite juicers. Most often, we will use the Green Star Juicer as it provides the best quality juice and is the most economic juicer as it extracts the most juice from the produce we are juicing (driest pulp). If we are in a hurry, we will use the Juice Fountain Elite. It produces a good quality juice as long as you drink it right away.
This section would not be complete without mention of the 2nd best juicer in the world. Though out of the price range for many people ($2400), the Norwalk Juicer is the best juicer money can buy in our opinion. This juicer is used widely by participants in the Gerson therapy and by people that want to feed their body with the absolute best juice money can buy.
Though the Norwalk Juicer produces the most premium juice of all juicers, it's not the easiest juicer to use. You have to be a serious juicer / health enthusiast to consistently commit to using the Norwalk Juicer. Though, for those that have tasted and felt the life giving vibrancy of Norwalk Juice, there is simply no substitute.
